Rental Terms & Conditions

Rental Rates
Rental rates are on a one day/ venue use. Additional items requested after payment or late orders received less than 10 working days to the event, may attract a surcharge at the discretion of management. Charges are for time out, whether used or not.

Booking & Reservations
The company accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies or misunderstanding arising through orders, instructions or information given to them by telephone or verbally to representatives OTHER THAN THROUGH OUR OFFICE AND CONFIRMED IN WRITING. All bookings and reservations remain unconfirmed until payment is received in full.

Refundable Deposit
A refundable deposit is applied to all orders at the discretion of the management based on the quantity of items ordered. This deposit will be refunded after all items have been cleared and checked. Replacement charges will be made on items that are missing, lost, broken, or damaged and the sum deducted from the refundable deposit in the first instance.

Cancellations made after confirmation will be subject to a cancellation fee amounting to not less than 20% of your booking. Higher rates will apply at management’s discretion, depending on how close the cancellation is to the date of the event. Such refunds will be made by cheque.

Payments, including refundable deposit must be received at least 10 working days prior to the event. For a job outside Lagos metropolis, client is charged extra day(s) to cover travel time.

Responsibility for rented items remains with the client from the time of delivery to the time of collection. If no one is available to receive the items and sign the delivery note, the delivery staff will initial the note and it will be considered accurate and valid.

Handling charges
A 20% handling charge or a fixed sum of ( ₦2,000 to N10,000) whichever is more) is applied to the total invoice value to cover the cost of transportation, setting up and clearing of our inventory.

A surcharge will be applied at the discretion of management for deliveries involving stairs, lift, excessive distance from the truck or for deliveries made outside our normal working hours. Normal delivery time is between 8.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m.

Any permissions required before the installation of the company’s equipment shall be obtained by the client. The company’s payment terms shall be observed by the client in the event that such permissions are not forthcoming.

Weather conditions
It must be understood that a tent is only intended as a temporary structure and to a certain degree will not safeguard against extreme weather conditions. Therefore our company accepts no claims likely to arise from this clause.
